Duration: 60 to 90 minutes

Description: Initial appointment in the office or via videoconference with the goal of understanding symptoms, stressors, background, medical issues and past treatment leading to diagnosis, education, and treatment discussions. Family or loved ones are encouraged to accompany patients in these appointments as their perspectives often help understand the problems from a different perspective.
Medication monitoring and/or brief therapy
Duration: 20 to 30 minutes
Fee: $220
Description: Subsequent appointments to the initial evaluation performed in the office or via videoconference which involve further exploration of problems, evaluation of treatment effectiveness, ongoing education, and refinement of therapy, medication, and lifestyle interventions. This is the most common type of follow-up appointment
In-depth therapy and/or complicated medication management
Duration: 45 to 60 minutes
Fee: $320
Description: Subsequent appointments to the initial evaluation performed in the office or via videoconference which involve weekly to monthly appointments allowing more time devoted to therapy and lifestyle while integrating the use of medications.
Appointments often available within one week
Regarding fees and insurance
I provide services as an out-of-network provider. This cuts down on overhead and bureaucracy which allows more time per appointment and more attention to the needs of the patient as opposed to the needs of the insurance company. Fees are due in full at the time of service.
